Herb UK Ltd is the leading manufacturer of own brand hair products in the UK. From our factory in Lymington, Hampshire, we export to over 30 countries around the world, as well as serving the whole of the UK market.

Our tour starts in reception whereby our Receptionist is positioned at the front of house to meet and greet all our visitors.  The other main responsibilities for the Receptionist include answering of telephone calls, dealing with post and general administration duties.
Admin Team Next to reception is the sales administration department. This busy department is the responsibility of our Sales Admin Manager who together with a small team of administrators deals with all customer queries. The scope of these is immense - from questions about the products or the ingredients which we use, to enquiries about local salons or retailers. The team also processes all customer orders, both domestic and export. This office also includes our main reception, where all company visitors are greeted.
Purchasing Department Our next department is purchasing. The Purchasing Assistant manages about 600 components for all our different products. This includes raw materials, bottles, labels and packaging. A tight control over stock levels is required to ensure our manufacturing department can produce the finished products.
Stock & Planning Manager /  Accounts and planning manager Overseeing both purchasing and the production planning schedule is the Stock and Planning Manager, who is responsible for organising when each product is manufactured, along with the Planning Assistant.
